Apple and cinnamon
ice tea You will need: 800ml water 200ml apple juice 100g light brown sugar 3 cinnamon sticks 2 tea bags 1 medium red apple ice cubes |

Place the water, brown sugar, apple juice,
cinnamon sticks and tea bags in a pot then bring to the boil. When it reaches boiling point turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Once simmered the tea bags and the cinnamon will have released their flavour. Allow to cool complete then place in the fridge to chill fully. Take a large jug and fill almost halfway to the top with ice cubes. Remove the tea bags then pour the apple tea over the ice cubes. Slice the apple finely, add to the apple ice tea along with the cinnamon sticks. Serve on a sunny day with a smile! |
