For this milk free shake you will need
vegan raw
banana ice cream. Its very quick and easy to make. Watch our video to learn how. Prepare the pistachio nuts: Place the unsalted pistachio nuts on a tray and roast in an oven for 5-8 minutes at 180c Allow to cool completely then finely chop. Milk free shake: Place the coconut milk, soya milk, salt and half the vegan raw banana ice cream into a food processer and blend till completely smooth. Pour the milk free shake into glasses, then place a dollop of the raw banana ice cream into each glass. Sprinkle with the finely chopped roasted pistachio nuts and serve. |
