You will need:

30g unsalted pistachios

40g sugar

100g soya milk

150g coconut milk

230g Raw vegan ice cream

2g salt

For this milk free shake you will need vegan raw banana ice cream. Its very quick and
easy to make. Watch our video to learn how.


Prepare the pistachio nuts:

Place the unsalted pistachio nuts on a tray and roast in an oven for 5-8 minutes at 180c
Allow to cool completely then finely chop.

Milk free shake:

Place the coconut milk, soya milk, salt and half the vegan raw banana ice cream into a
food processer  and blend till completely smooth.

Pour the milk free shake into glasses, then place a dollop of the raw banana ice cream into
 each glass.

Sprinkle with the finely chopped roasted pistachio nuts and serve.
