Honey glazed Halloumi

     

 
 

Wild mushroom béchamel sauce

You will need:

55g Rocket

120g Blue cheese

150g Pomegranate

Parmesan to shave

NOTE: watch out for cheese which contain rennet as rennet is taken from the stomachs of slaughtered newly-born calves

       

       

Vegan cheese cakes

Firstly de seed the pomegranate and discard the skin. Rinse the rocket under cold water and place in a bowl. Crumble on the blue cheese, sprinkle the over the pomegranate and using a peeler shave a few pieces of parmesan over the top. Drizzle with a vinaigrette of your choosing or infused olive oils.

Simple, quick and full of flavour.

Vegan mint chocolate truffles

     

 

 

         

                     
 
     

You will need:

1 bunch of 5 Bananitos

50 grams Dark vegan chocolate

25g mixed peeled nuts, 25g mixed seeds and a few grapes

 
   

Gentle melt the vegan dark chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of shallow boiling water.

Peel and push the bananitos on to the sticks till the end of the sticks reach the top of the bananitos. Using a pastry brush, brush the bananitos lightly with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with the chopped nuts and or mixed seeds, decorate with grapes.

Simple easy and fun! Also suitable for grown ups.
