You will need:

2 Pok Choi

3 cloves Garlic

I medium chilli

100 grams Chestnut mushrooms

2 tbsp Dark Soya sauce

2 tbsp water

 

   
         
   

Fry the crushed garlic and chilli for a minute to release their flavours. Chop the chestnut mushrooms and fry till soft, add the Soya sauce, water and cook the liquid off and put to one side.

Cut each Pok choi in half length ways and spoon the mushrooms across them. Place the Pok Choi in a steamer or steaming basket and steam for 10 minutes.
