You will need:

4 large cabbage leaves

150 grams Fine Asparagus

1 large carrot

Bunch of chives

4 spring onions

1 pointed sweet pepper

Dark Soya sauce

One small knob of ginger

1 Chilli

Steamer or steaming baskets

Cut the cabbage leaves into 3 x 4 inch rectangles and set aside for now.

Slice the carrot, spring onion, and pepper as fine as you can lengthways. Place 3 fine asparagus, 3 slices of carrot, half a spring onion, and two slice of pepper into one of the cabbage leaves and roll it tightly and fasten by tying a chive round it.

Place in a steamer or steaming baskets, add the sliced ginger and halved chilli to the water and steam for 8 minutes.

These may take a little time and patience but they are well worth it. This will make about 8 rolls. Serve with Dark Soya sauce.
