Roasted butternut squash salad (VEGAN)

 
   

   

         

   

 

       

You will need:

5 eggs

4 spring onions

2 crushed Garlic cloves

1 tsp Dark Soya sauce

Pinch of salt

 
             

   
   

Simply beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt, garlic and the finely chopped spring onion. Place in a china bowl or deep dish and put in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve with the Dark Soya sauce
