Steamed Eggs

You will need:

5 eggs

4 spring onions

2 garlic cloves

Pinch of sea salt

1 tsp dark Soya sauce

Chinese style steamed eggs

Finely chop the spring onions and garlic.

Beat the eggs and season well with the sea salt.

Mix all together and pour into a ceramic dish.

Place in a steamer for 8-10 minutes. Must be firm and slightly bouncy to touch.

Serve warm with dark soya sauce
