Chinese style steamed eggs Finely chop the spring onions and garlic. Beat the eggs and season well with the sea salt. Mix all together and pour into a ceramic dish. Place in a steamer for 8-10 minutes. Must be firm and slightly bouncy to touch. Serve warm with dark soya sauce |
