Bananitos are a very small bananas, around 6 inches in length. You can use any
bananas for this recipes but you may need to double the ingredients. You can
also choose any topping you wish. These are very simple and great for making with
your vegetarian children. You can also let them express themselves in the kitchen by
choosing  which ever topping they want.

1. Prepare your ingredients

Melt the chocolate over a ban Marie / double boiler (a glass bowl over boiling water).

Wash and slice your grapes in two.

Spread the mixed seed and nuts over a plate

2. Make the Chocolate covered Bananitos

Push the Bananitos onto the wooden skewers.

Using a pastry brush, brush the melted chocolate over the Bananitos.

Roll the melted chocolate covered Bananitos in the mixed seeds and push the
halved grapes into the chocolate.

Place on non-stick / grease proof paper and place in a cool dry place to set, not the fridge.

Baked figs in parmesan baskets

Chocolate bread & boozy berry jam

Romantic pudding for two

Rosemary breakfast potatoes

Peaches and cream

Spicy honey roasted nut salad

Vegetarian scotch eggs

Veggie Fussy fingers

TOP TIP:

Do not set them in the fridge as chocolate is hydroscopic and will start to extract the moister
from the air. Droplets of water will form all over the chocolate and brake down the sugars
causing them to spoil.
