A highly indulgent way to eat sweet corn, but
the best way we know how.
1. Full flavour Butter
Using a garlic crusher, mince the garlic. Finely chop the
sage and fry with the
garlic in
10 grams of the
vegan margarine. Both should soften and
release
their flavours.
Once cooked allow to cool completely.
Finely chop the basil.
Mix together the vegan margarine, basil, maple
syrup, salt, pepper,
cooked garlic and sage then place in the fridge
to set slightly.
2.Cook your sweet corn
Boil your sweet corn or even better roast on a
BBQ.
Smother your piping hot sweet corn in your full
flavour butter and enjoy
