You will need:

20g Fresh Basil

20g Vegan margarine

4 corn cobs

 

 
   

 

   
Peel the leaves of the corn and rinse the corn cobs under cold water. Bring a pot of water to the boil and place the corn cobs in the water, there should be enough water for the corn cobs to float. Boil them for ten minutes or till the they become a bright yellow.

While the corn cobs are boiling finely chop the basil. Mix the basil with the margarine and leave to one side.

Once the corn cobs are cooked take them out, place on a plate and smear with the basil butter. Serve immediately.
