Dippy Dinosaurs are a fantastic way to get you kids
eating fruit. As its such a simply dish its a great recipe for really little vegetarian kid to get involved with, but do be careful when the sauce is hot. 1. Dipping sauce Wash all the berries. Remove the green storks from the strawberries and chop them roughly into fours. Put all the fruit in a not stick pan, add the honey, water, corn flour and mix well. Bring to the boil then simmer immediately. Keeping stirring constantly. Once the fruit starts to break down and their juices flow, remove them from the heat and blend well in the food processor. Pure into ramekins and serve either warm or cold. 2. Dinosaur Toast Toast the brown bread, then use your dinosaur cookie cutters to cut out your Dippy Dino's. |
