Cut the pears into centimetre cubes, place them
at the bottom of the glasses
then sprinkle the granola over the top.
Mix the Greek yogurt with the honey then pour it
over till it reaches the top of the glasses.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the yogurt
followed by the dark brown sugar.
If you have a blow torch then burn the sugar
with a low flame, if you don't then get a
grill hot and place the glasses underneath till the sugar caramelises.
Finally before the sugar sets sprinkle the
sunflower seeds over the sugar.
