You will need: 2 ripe juicy medium size pear 2 granola bars 500 grams of Greek natural yogurt A sprinkle (10 grams) of each of the following: Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and soft dark brown sugar. 2 tbsp of Honey |

First crumble the granola bar in big chunks into the bottom of a glass, and pour 1 tbsp of honey on top. Then pour a layer of Greek yogurt on top of the honey. Chop the pear finely into and sprinkle evenly across the yogurt, add the rest of the honey, and then more yogurt till it just about reaches the rim of the glass. Sprinkle in most of the seeds then sprinkle the soft dark brown sugar all over them. Next carefully melt the sugar either under a hot grill or use a blow torch. Sprinkle with the rest of the seeds on top and place in a fridge till ready to eat, either in the morning or late lunch. Depends how you night goes! Serves 2 |
