Ten minute Tart

4 medium-sized tomatoes

1 small bunch of fresh basil

50g spinach

200g Port Salut cheese

375g  pre-rolled puff pastry sheet

10g butter

Garlic infused olive oil

1 egg

Simple, quick, tasty and easy. Fantastic for any vegetarian in need of some decent fast food.

1. Prep your tart

Grease a tray with the butter and place the pre rolled puff pastry sheet  onto it.

Wash the spinach plus the basil and drain well.  Scatter evenly over the puff pastry
leaving a border of 2 inches.

Cut the tomatoes in 4 and spread out over the spinach and basil.

Tear the Port Salut cheese apart and scatter evenly over the tomatoes.

Beat the egg and brush it over the border.

2. Bake

Bake in an oven for 10 minutes at 200c.
