100g mixed green and black
olives
50g red onion (roughly 1/2 an
onion)
2 sprigs fresh Oregano (or 2
tsp dried)
2 sprigs fresh Dill
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Sea salt and crushed
pepper
