Mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
making sure to mix evenly. Now spoon in the honey and mix
into the mixture with you hands. Once the honey is mixed in
well place on a non stick baking tray, press down slightly
and cook in an oven for 30 minutes at 165c / 325f / gas mark
3. Make sure that every 10 minutes or so you take the tray
out and move the cereal mixture around and push it back down
so the cereal can cook evenly and golden brown thru out.
Once cooked take out the oven and allow to
cool completely. When cooled the mixture will harden. Simply
take it of the tray and crumble into a jar or storage
container and store in a dry cool place.
Serve with milk, Soya milk, yogurt or for
a naughty
veggie dessert top with ice cream and chocolate
sauce. |
